Physical Therapy
We treat all types of orthopedic and sports related injuries and post-surgical patients. Our Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants have extensive training and certifications in the most up to date rehabilitation techniques such as myofascial pain relief, joint manipulation and mobilization, functional movement analysis, modalities, exercise and stretching functions, dry point needling, cupping and McKenzie spine evaluation and treatment.
Sports Injuries
At Peak Rehabilitation Physical Therapy we treat all sports related injuries and work with you to help you to regain and maintain your strength and mobility. Whether a backyard warrior, high school athlete, or professional athlete, our knowledgeable PT’s and PTA’s have the expertise to help you reach your “Peak” function.
Our experienced Physical Therapists will setup an individualized treatment plan to help you reach your “Peak” function as soon as possible.
About Us
Peak Rehabilitation, Inc was established in 2005 and opened for business on March 7, 2005. We have created a safe and warm environment so our patients can focus on their physical therapy needs and maintaining "Peak Function" at all times. Our well-experienced staff strives to treat each patient with the utmost professional care and kindness. Due to our growing businesss, we opened our 2nd location in Commerce, GA on June 1, 2012.
MEET OUR TEAM
Jeff Curry
P.T., Owner/Operator
Jeff Curry, P.T. is the owner and operator of Peak Rehabilitation, Inc. and has been a physical therapist over 30 years. He currently serves on the Academic Advisory Board for Athens Technical College. Originally from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, Jeff attended West Virginia University and obtained his Physical Therapy degree from Texas Women's University. Jeff has obtained additional knowledge in the fields of myofascial pain and relief, TMJ dysfunction, sports injury rehabilitation, and McKenzie spine evaluation and treatment. He also has attended numerous manual therapy courses and uses them extensively in his practice. Jeff is now certified in dry needling technique, TDN for chronic myofascial pain and dysfunction.
Jeff is married to Marie and has three children. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys exercising and yard work.
Jacob Flint
P.T., DPT
Jake graduated from Armstrong University May 2014 with a Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science. Jake came to work at Peak Rehabilitation as a PT Tech while awaiting acceptance to Physical Therapy School. He was accepted to The University of North Georgia where he graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in May 2018. Upon passing the state licensing exam, Jake came back to work for Peak Rehabilitation in June 2018. Jake works in both our Jefferson and Commerce Clinics.
Jake is married to Kaitlin and has two children. In his spare time, Jake enjoys hunting and spending time with family.
